Assorted Cupcakes

Assorted Cupcakes

This is like the cupcake sampler I have. πŸ™‚

It contains 4 Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting, 4 Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate (2) and Buttercream Frosting (2) and lastly 4 Vanilla Cupcakes with Chocolate (2) and Buttercream Frosting (2).

The reason I made this particularly because of a very nice customer, who asked if I have an assorted one. πŸ™‚ I gladly accepted the offer of making one for her, since I guess it’s a great way to taste all of the flavors I’m offering in one box. So she ordered two boxes and she loved it. πŸ™‚

So yeah, these assorted cupcakes however are only available in boxes of 12’s. πŸ™‚ I hope you like them. πŸ™‚ As for the color of the frosting, it totally depends on what I have. πŸ™‚ So colors for the buttercream frosting might differ, but the rest will remain the same (since chocolate is chocolate.. well 😐 hahaha).

Here’s two more pictures of these heavenly assorted cupcakes:

As I’ve said, these are only available in boxes of 12’s.

Rainbow Cupcakes

Rainbow Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

Red and Yellow and Pink and Green, Orange and Purple and Blue…… πŸ™‚

This is the most challenging cupcakes I’ve ever made. Can you imagine different colors of the rainbow in one cupcake? When one of my customers showed a sample pictures ofΒ Rainbow Cupcakes, I was really challenged. So I accepted the offer of doing it for her. πŸ™‚ I’ve seen a Rainbow Cake, it’s much easier to do it since you can bake the cake separately, unlike these ones, you have to bake everything at the same time, otherwise, you’ll get a burnt bottom or something. πŸ™‚

Individually Packaged Rainbow Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

I specifically researched recipes if I can find a suitable recipe for this kind of cupcake, sadly most of the link on the net.. they showed me that they were made with the Betty Crocker’s Vanilla Cake Mix. 😦 So I decided to plan mine well. I used my own Vanilla Cupcake recipe and did it on my own. It was successful though, I won’t dive on how I’ve done it or what I did to make it work, for your information, it’s still light and fluffy Vanilla Cupcake. πŸ™‚ It’s not heavy. It’s just like the plain old vanilla with a lot of colors in one cupcake. πŸ™‚

The Epic One – Rainbow Cupcake, just look at the colors πŸ™‚

I have to say, that these are the most tedious cupcakes I’ve ever done, since you have to put 6 colors one at a time. Haha. But when you see the good results, all hard work is paid off. πŸ™‚ I really love them, they’re so festive and lively. Don’t you think? πŸ™‚

Here’s a feedback that made my heart swell:

“This vanilla rainbow cupcake is the best cupcake I ever tasted. πŸ™‚ Thanks again!”

Rainbow Cupcakes are available in boxes of 6β€²s, 12β€²s or 24β€²s. This also can be individually packed, also included in the assorted Cupcakes bundle.

Letter Toppers and Personalized toppers are also available with additional charge. πŸ™‚

Velvet Cupcakes

Red and Blue Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Traditionally, Velvet Cupcakes has a red tint, but nowadays you can change the colors just for fun. Just like what I did above. πŸ™‚ These are Red and Blue velvet cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting. If you want to have a velvet cupcake, the perfect combination for these are Cream Cheese Frosting, it’s like they’re married to each other perfectly. No any other frosting can compete with cream cheese when it comes to compatibility with these cupcakes.

If everyone is wondering what’s a Red Velvet Cupcake? Why is it called velvet? That’s because it’s in between chocolate and vanilla it’s like a mixture of the two, that’s why when you eat these sinful cupcakes there’s a hint of chocolate as well as the vanilla. It is tinted in red color because… I don’t know, maybe they look good in Red? Haha. As I said, you can choose any color you want, I saw there were green, purple, etc. White is not an option though since there’s chocolate inside I doubt it’ll be white. Pink… hmm.. I don’t know it’ll be chocolate-y pink? πŸ™‚

My mom absolutely loves this flavor, she keeps on telling me it’s the best flavor I have. πŸ™‚ Haha. I really love my work. It’s gives me happiness when everyone is happy with the results. πŸ™‚

Here are some of the feedbacks just like what I did with my first- two entries:

“My God, love them. Am on my 2nd cupcake na hehe. Kuhang-kuha mo yung sa Sonja’s Cupcakes! They’re so good! Definitely two thumbs up!”

“The taste was superb! Thanks Den! :)”

“Thanks dear! Super sarap! 1 box of 6 was not enough!”

Velvet Cupcakes are available in boxes of 6β€²s, 12β€²s or 24β€²s. This also can be individually packed, also included in the assorted Cupcakes bundle.

Letter Toppers and Personalized toppers are also available with additional charge. πŸ™‚

Vanilla Cupcakes

Vanilla Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

Traditional Vanilla Cupcakes is common everywhere, you see it whenever there are cupcakes sellers around. πŸ™‚

It’s you plain white cake, that’s the best description there is. My vanilla cupcakes are light and moist, I guess that’s what best describes my product. I haven’t told you that I’ve been baking cupcakes for years now, my usual vanilla cupcakes are heavy, I really didn’t like the texture although the taste is good. I decided to come up with something to make it light. So yeah, I got it. πŸ™‚ The final product is the one pictured above, as most of my customers have already tasted. πŸ™‚

These cupcakes can be paired with any frosting you want, it will still compliment on the taste since it’s the traditional cupcake, without these, you can’t concoct any flavors you have in mind. πŸ™‚

Vanilla Cupcake with Green Tea Frosting

Here’s one example, Vanilla Cupcake with Green Tea Frosting. πŸ™‚ Matcha or green tea is one of the most popular flavors around, there’s the Green Tea Frappucino in Starbucks, Green Tea Truffles and a lot more. I personally love green tea, it’s my second favorite next to mint. πŸ™‚ haha.

Here are some feedbacks from my customers, again, they will remain anonymous but quoted: πŸ™‚

“Thanks for making such wonderful and yummy cupcakes….Made the party of my dad a feast……Till our next yummy treats…..”

“Heto nilalafang na namin, grabe sis ang sarap. :)”

Vanilla Cupcakes are available in boxes of 6β€²s, 12β€²s or 24β€²s. This also can be individually packed, also included in the assorted Cupcakes bundle.

Letter Toppers and Personalized toppers are also available with additional charge.

Chocolate Cupcakes

Chocolate Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting

Who doesn’t love chocolates? A person who hates chocolates must’ve been insane. πŸ™‚

As my first post on this blog, may I present to you my Chocolate Cupcakes:

These chocolate-y moist cupcakes are surely to die for, you wouldn’t get enough of these once you tasted them. πŸ™‚ It’s rich, and fudgy — I guess that’s the waydescribe that from my chocolate cupcakes that’s why even if you ate it once it was refrigerated, the texture and moistness of these cupcakes stays the same. Oh and it’s not too sweet either, the sweetness is just right when you ate them together with the buttercream frosting.

Chocolate Cupcakes with Mint Frosting

Aside from the regular buttercream frosting, you can pair these scrumptious chocolate cupcakes with Mint Frosting like the picture above, I know it doesn’t look like mint since the colors are purple and pink but that is Mint Flavored Frosting. πŸ™‚ The client just wanted these colors for her daughter’s birthday. I love mint and chocolate together, don’t you? I mean I love Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream from Baskin’ and Robbins or any other Ice Cream store that has Mint Chocolate Chip. πŸ™‚ Or Andes’ Mint Chocolates, Ghirardelli’s. Back in the US, I visited Guittard’s, if you’re in the US and wanted to visit them they’re located at Burlingame, California. We went inside their factory and guess want they have Mint Chocolate Chips, we went in their mint chocolate room and it smelled like heaven! Haha. πŸ™‚ I wanna stay there forever. Anyway, after our tour we were given a box of assorted chocolate chips and there’s mint! πŸ™‚ I used them for my cookies at home though. Too bad, I can’t seem to find any mint chocolate chips here, even in Rustan’s otherwise I would definitely sell my Mint Chocolate Cookies. 😦

Anyway, aside from Mint Frosting, you can pair these cupcakes up with Caramel Frosting, yes, I’ve successfully concocted caramel frosting in my own way! Haha. πŸ™‚ Or if you want an Orange Frosting (it may seem weird to most people but chocolate and orange is a really good combination, I once created a Chocolate Orange PotΒ de Creme back in California, with a little bit of Grand MarnierΒ in the pot de creme, my chef instructor loved it), Strawberry Frosting, would be nice as well. I’m just giving you guys ideas, don’t get me wrong. You can find my list of frostings on the pages sectionΒ which can be found on the left side column. πŸ™‚

Chocolate Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream Cheese Frosting is heavenly, they also match with these chocolate cupcakes just look at the picture above. πŸ™‚ Or if you want Chocolate Frosting on Chocolate Cupcakes. πŸ™‚ Aren’t these cupcakes lovely? πŸ™‚

Here are some feedbacks by my customers, I’m just gonna quote them and let them remain anonymous. πŸ™‚

“I love the cream cheese frosting. So did my friends. Expect my friends adding you up. Will order this coming holidays too! :)”

“Cupcakes were yummy! So Chocolate-y! The guests and the celebrant loved it! :)”

“Sis I like it yummy….”

Chocolate Cupcakes are available in boxes of 6’s, 12’s or 24’s. This also can be individually packed, also included in the assorted Cupcakes bundle.

Letter Toppers and Personalized toppers are also available with additional charge. πŸ™‚
