FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)

Here are some frequently asked questions by customers. I only have ten at the moment but I will update it from time to time whenever there are new ones.

1. How do I place an order?

A: You should at least place your order 1 week before the meet-up or pick-up, for Sugar Cookies and Cupcakes with Customized Toppers, place your orders 2 weeks in advance. This is required so that I can buy ingredients and to do the other things (e.g. toppers) beforehand.

2. What are you meet-up points and where is your pick-up place?

A: My meet-up points are at Trinoma and SM Megamall both with their respective handling fees to be PM-ed thru FB by myself together with the price of my products or you can check my terms and conditions. My pick-up place is here at my family’s home in Caloocan, a map will be attached thru the e-mail I will be sending to you together with the total bill.

3. Do you do deliveries?

A: No I don’t. Sorry, I really don’t have any vehicle to do that. I only commute using the bus, mrt or a cab. Sometimes, when it’s on the way, my parents or driver will be dropping me off the meet-up place.

4. How about Shipping?

A: Cakes, cupcakes and other non-pastry products are only available in Metro Manila, unless you pick them up by yourself. Since icings softens at room temperature or higher and courier vans mostly don’t have air conditioning and they just toss the package around, I won’t guarantee that your orders will be in one piece. So no, not at the moment until I can find someone who won’t carelessly toss my package I won’t ship them. I won’t be taking any responsibility if you guys insist to ship it, if ever you want it to be shipped, sure but I won’t be held reliable if it looked like trash. 🙂

Sugar cookies and other pastry products (except Cream Puffs and Eclairs) can be shipped, although I cannot guarantee you if the cookies will arrive safely and not in broken pieces.

5. Do you have any shop or stall that we can visit?

A: Unfortunately, I don’t. It’s really a home baking business that I just established and I want to make it that way at the moment. I want to establish my name first and then decided if I should open or not.

6. Do you have on-hand pastries if we decide to drop by your home?

A: I don’t have anything ready, I only bake whenever there are orders. I don’t want to stock up stuffs, since I value the freshness of my product.

7.  Can I do COD’s (Cash on Delivery)?

A: I allowed it before, but because of one customer that ordered a lot and didn’t respond to my SMS and e-mail. I require for my customers to pay first before we meet-up, deadline of payments are three (3) daysor one (1) week (for sugar cookies and cupcakes with toppers) before the said meet-up. Without payment, I won’t do any of your orders.

8. What are the payment options?

A: There are only two options and it’s thru G-cash or BPI. Details will be given together with the e-mail I’m going to send to you.

9. Are there any other payment options like Western Union, LBC, etc.?

A: Sorry, I won’t allow any other payment options except for the ones listed above.

10. Do you give discounts?

A: Yes, I do give discounts for those who ordered ten (10) boxes and up. As for the individual cupcakes, discounts are given at 100 pieces above. For Sugar Cookies, I will give discounts 50 pieces and above.
