TERMS & CONDITIONS

Cupcakes Inc.’ products are thoroughly checked before sales in order to ensure quality.

Cupcakes Inc. follow the NO RETURN / NO EXCHANGE POLICY.

All prices are fixed, NO HAGGLING.

Cupcakes Inc. reserve the right to change their prices and/or billing methods for
products or services, effective immediately upon posting on this site.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY OPTIONS – only fill up the order form if you are sure you’re gonna order, otherwise, filling up the form and won’t be buying anything will be considered and will be posted on the Joy Reserver and Bogus Buyer list.

FOR SINGLE ORDERS:

Please place your orders ONE (1) week in advance. For Sugar Cookies and Cupcakes with Customized Toppers, place your orders TWO (2) weeks in advance.

Payment should be made thru G-Cash (09178453085) or BPI (account number and info will be sent thru e-mail).

Single orders are strictly for PICK UP/MEET UP only. No refunds on Payment. Payments should be made first before we make your order. (Payments must be settled 3 days (1 week placement) or 1 week (2 weeks placement) before meet up/pick up)

Handling Fee is Php 120.00 (Trinoma) and Php 150.00 (SM Megamall)

MEET UP POINTS:

TriNoMa, Quezon City – 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

SM Megamall, Mandaluyong City – 8:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

I don’t do meet ups 12:00 Noon onwards. 12 Noon onwards is only scheduled for pick up.

For weekdays, kindly contact me.

*** Goods unclaimed after 30 minutes past the agreed meet up time will be forfeited. ***

No refunds will be given. If you didn’t show up on the said meet-up time, you will need to get your orders here at my house.

Please be there on time. I usually confirm it the day before the meet-up, if you said you’ll be there at 8:00 am, please be there. If not, kindly inform me if you’re going to be late. If I didn’t receive any sms or call, then I will leave the place and go home. You need to go and pick it up at my house.

Pick-ups: You can pick the goods up here at my home as well.
FOR BULK ORDERS:

Please place your orders at least TWO (2) WEEKS in advance. The minimum order required is five (5) boxes of goodies.

Once orders are received, we will send you a confirmation message with your total bill. (including the handling fee)

BULK ORDERS require the full payment and to be settled within 3 days before the meet-up. Non-payment will equate to orders being forfeited and being listed as a Joy Reserver/Bogus Buyer.

Cancellations of BULK ORDERS should be done within 1 week of order placement.

Make sure to text us (0917-8153085 or 0922-8555663) right after the payment for verification. Note that the items will NOT be prepared without verification.

ALL BULK ORDERS are for meet-up/pick-up within Metro Manila only.
